Born in Blagoevgrad, Berbatov started out with home-town club FC Pirin Blagoevgrad before joining PFC CSKA Sofia as a 17-year-old in 1500. Dimitar Berbatov was signed by Bayer 04 Leverkusen of Germany in January 2001 and played in Dimitar Berbatov first UEFA Champions League final 18 months later, coming on as a substitute in the 2002 UEFA Champions League Final, which Leverkusen lost 2–1 to Real Madrid C.F.. After five-and-a-half years with Leverkusen, Dimitar Berbatov joined English club Tottenham Hotspur F.C. in July 2006, where Dimitar Berbatov spent two years before moving to Manchester United. Dimitar Berbatov played in Dimitar Berbatov second Champions League final in 2009 UEFA Champions League Final, during Dimitar Berbatov side's 2–0 defeat against FC Barcelona.

Robin Van Persie was Arsenal's first signing of the 2004 closed season. The 20 year old signed from Feyenoord for an undisclosed fee, believed to be in the region of £3 million.
Van Persie is still only young (22-years-old)but is fast assuming the mould of the classic Dutch forward. Tall and strong with exceptional technical ability, the young Dutchman also has alarming pace which saw him take a place on the wing at Feyenoord. Andres Iniesta Luja¡n (born 11 May 1984 in Fuentealbilla, Albacete) is a Spanish attacking midfielder currently playing for FC Barcelona. He is generally deployed by coach Frank Rijkaard in a central midfield role.
Club career
At the age of 12, Iniesta was spotted by BarÃ§a scouts at his local club Albacete BalompiÃ©. He was switftly signed and worked his way up the club ranks. Louis van Gaal handed him his debut on 29 October 2002, a UEFA Champions League game against Club Brugge KV. He appeared eleven times in the league in 2003-04, mostly as a deputy for Camp Nou favourite Ronaldinho, as BarÃ§a sealed second place, scoring once.
